You can return your order by exercising your statutory right of cancellation or as part of our voluntary 30-day return guarantee. For details, please refer to our general terms and conditions and cancellation policy.

Please ensure that the goods have been stored appropriately before you return them. This means that the item has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn for longer than a fitting and that all labels or tags are still attached to the item. If the returned goods are no longer in the appropriate condition described above, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return.

Please repack the item in its original packaging and place it in the original shipping carton.

Returns outside Germany

In all countries outside Germany, you bear the cost of returning the goods. For this reason, we retain the flat-rate freight charge when refunding the purchase amount. Please refer to your invoice for the exact amount. Alternatively, you can also find this information in the checkout or in your personal login area.
