1. The best way to measure the waist size of a pair of trousers is as follows:
- Lay flat: Lay the trousers on a flat surface and close the button and zip.
- Adjust the waistband: Pull the waistband smooth without stretching it.
- Measure: Take a tape measure and measure from one side of the waistband to the other.
- Double: Multiply the measured result by 2 to get the full waist size.
The stride length is measured correctly as follows:
Measure: Measure from the crotch point (the bottom point where the two trouser legs meet) along the inseam to the bottom of one trouser leg.
Note the result: The measured result in centimetres indicates the inseam length.
As the foot width can vary between individual models, you can find this information for each product in the product details in the ‘Fit’ section. The foot width is measured correctly as follows:
- Prepare the trousers: Lay the trousers flat on a straight surface so that the legs are spread out evenly.
- Determine the measuring point: Measure at the bottom of one trouser leg, from one outer edge to the other (directly above the hem).
- Double the result: Multiply the measured result by 2 to get the full foot width (as the measurement only covers half of the circumference).
